Len Przbyiski (pronounced pur-bil-ski) is a new CSI member, and President of TriLite Stone Company. TriLite is a local producer of manufactured stone, one of the fastest growing products in the construction field, both for residential and commercial application.

Len’s arrival into the construction supply field came about somewhat circuitously. He graduated from St. John’s University with a B.A. degree and entered the communications field as a grant writer/PR/fund raiser. That background segued into the formation of a personal communications and career development company called Market Share, now called Leader Source.

Twelve years was spent with Market Share before other opportunities presented themselves leading to the pursuit of a number of personal business projects in involving strategic planning, capital formation, and business development programs. Some of these projects included the construction and ownership of two Green Mill restaurants, one of which is still owned by Len.

In 1996, Len purchased TriLite Stone. At that time, the company was still somewhat in the early stage, so the effort to build the business was exciting and challenging. New products have been introduced and significant growth has been achieved in distribution both regionally and nationally – with a little toe in the water internationally.

Recentely, TriLite Stone purchased a manufacturing facility in Howard Lake, Minnesota. The additional space and acreage for expansion are in place for the company’s growth plan. In addition, the company operates a showroom located in International Market Square.
