Our Chapter pulls
back the curtain on how the long-lingering Midtown Exchange (Sears
- Lake Street) project was finally brought to successful completion.
Taking place at the historic Semple Mansion in south Minneapolis,
the program will feature members of the project team including Consulting
Engineer John Russo, Ryan Companies; US Project Manager, Mike Ernst; and an Associate from
the project’s design firm - Collaborative Design Group.
Program Schedule:
5:00-6:00 PM Registration and Social Hour
6:00-7:00 PM Dinner/Chapter Business Meeting
7:00-8:00 PM Midtown Exchange Presentation

Emerging Opportunities for Green Health Care Facilities.
The Minneapolis - St. Paul Chapter of CSI along with AIA Minnesota
and the USGBC Mississippi Headwaters Chapter will be presenting
a morning program at the continuing Education Conference Center
on the U of M’s St. Paul Campus. Guest speaker is Gail Vittori,
do director of the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems.
