Join us on January 14th for a discussion on the American Institute of Architects (AIA) revisions to its family of construction documents. Many are anxiously waiting to see how these changes will impact Owners, Architects, General Contractors and Subcontractors. The A201-2007 General Conditions contain a number of changes from the A201-1997 that will more than likely have an impact on all parties. These revisions include removal of mandatory arbitration, changes in the architect's role when disputes arise and new time limits on filing claims.
Presentation by associates from Leonard, Street, and Deinard.
