Results of Election of CSI Bylaws Amendments

The election results are in.  All four amendments to the Bylaws have passed!

Bylaws Revision, Article XIII, Meetings of the Institute:  Yes - 93.69%, No - 6.31%

Bylaws Revision, Article VI, Nomination and Election of Officers and Directors; Section 4 Nomination of Officers:  Yes - 92.37%, No - 7.63%

Bylaws Revision, Article VI, Nomination and Election of Officers and Directors; Section 1 Nominating Committee:  Yes - 90.59%, No - 9.41%

Bylaws Revision, Revised Board Structure:  Yes - 89.91%, No - 10.09%

The results of each ballot pass the minimum requirement of 2/3 majority of the valid ballots returned.
